Survival Contest Rules

Contest begins with games on April 4, 2011. 

Each week, you will need to submit the team you will manage for the upcoming week.  All weeks run from Monday through Sunday.  All submissions are due by 12 noon ET on Mondays. Owners may only use a team once for the entire season.  There are 26 weeks in the season, so at the end of the season, you will need to have chosen 26 different teams. 

Your weekly selection must win at least ½ of their games for that week.  If your selection fails to win at least ½ of their games, you will receive a strike.  If you get three strikes, you are out.    

At the end of the season, the winner will be the team that survives the longest.  If there is a tie, the winner will be the team with the least amount of strikes.  If there is still a tie, the team with the highest weekly wins total will be the champion.  Any ties at this point will result in a split championship, with all owners tied, splitting the prize equally.
